What you get

Not just a random list

It is an organised month: thirty days, one tip at a time.

30 concrete changes

Every tip is practical and you can start tomorrow. No vague principles or ideas.

6 clear categories

Energy, water, recycling, meals, and more. Go to what interests you first.

One tip a day, 30 days

There are thirty, numbered 1 to 30. You do one at a time, instead of trying to change everything at once.

Made to print and tick off

An A4 sheet with the boxes left empty, on purpose. Print it, stick it where you will see it every day and tick it off by hand.

How you will use it

Thirty simple, practical habits

The checklist serves real life, not the other way round.

It lands in your inbox

Within minutes. No hidden steps, no pages to open. Just the PDF, ready to open and print.

You pick where to start

You do not have to follow the order, or do all thirty. Start with the easiest ones in your own life, the others can wait.

One a day, for a month

Miss a day? You try again the next one. At the end of the month you keep the habits that worked for you: those are yours now.

Joana Moreira
Who made this

Hi, I am Joana

I have written about sustainability, slow living and conscious consumption for years, with no moralising, no manifestos and no magic formulas. This checklist distils what I learned by trial and error, what worked (and what did not) in my own days.

It is not a complete manual. It is a starting point: a month to turn good intentions into consistent practice.

Frequently asked questions

Before you subscribe

Is it really free?

Yes. The checklist is completely free. No “trial”, no “mandatory upgrade”, no hidden costs. In exchange you subscribe to Devagar, my newsletter, where I share articles, small practices and discoveries. You can unsubscribe at any time, even right after the checklist arrives (though I hope you stay!).

What format does it come in?

An A4 PDF with the cover and the full checklist. It was designed for you to print and tick off by hand, and the boxes are left empty on purpose. It also reads well on a phone, if you would rather keep it there.

Do I really have to do all 30?

No. The order is a suggestion, not a rule, and the checklist says as much at the end: you do not need to get it right every time, or do everything right, because slipping is part of it. If only three make sense for you, you keep three, and that is already more than before.

And if the email does not arrive?

Check the spam or promotions folder first, usually the culprit. If it still does not turn up, send me a message through the contact page and I will sort it out myself.

Can I share it with other people?

Please do. The checklist is made to be passed on. If you like it, send the link to this page to anyone it might suit. That way each person also starts getting Devagar and the community grows organically.

Will I start getting emails every day?

No. Devagar has no set day. It arrives when there is something worth sharing, and never twice in one day. A short letter, three useful things, zero noise.

Next step

Want to go deeper?

If the checklist is the starting point, the book is what comes before it: the tiredness, the guilt, the traps of consumption that looks sustainable. Seven chapters, to read in whatever order you like.
