I turn down between 80% and 90% of the proposals I get. Not out of arrogance, but because the criteria are just demanding: the product has to make sense for the people who read me, and the brand has to hold a position consistent with what I write here.

What kind of collaborations do you take on?
I want to work with brands and organisations aligned with sustainability, conscious living, responsible travel and social innovation. The most common formats are social media content (Instagram and TikTok) and UGC, articles hosted on the site, talks and workshops, and strategic consultancy. But it always comes down to having a conversation, since I like to work collaboratively.
I do not work with fast fashion, fast food, industries with a known environmental impact and no credible plan to change, or brands that ask me to dress up greenwashing as organic content.
I have a small brand. Can I still get in touch?
Yes, of course. I look at whether our values line up long before I look at size. I have worked with brands at a very early stage and I love projects where the mission is genuine. Tell me what you have in mind and we will find a way that works for both sides.
How long does a reply take?
Usually 3 to 5 working days. I reply to every email, so if you have not heard back after a week, something went astray along the way (it happens). Feel free to resend.
If your request is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line so I can give it priority.
Can I ask for advice on a personal sustainability project?
For short, specific questions, write away. I answer as far as I can. For bigger projects (training, consultancy, mentoring), I will suggest a structured conversation so we can go into more depth.
What do I do if I want to give feedback on the site or the articles?
I love getting feedback! Use the form above and choose “Feedback or question”. I read everything, even when I cannot reply to each one individually. Factual corrections and topic suggestions are especially welcome. Feedback really is the best way to grow!
